GP Practices working together to deliver healthcare is a key part of the NHS Long Term Plan. Abbeywell Surgery is committed to working with other Practices to improve primary care services, enable a greater provision of care, and to meet the changing needs of our community.
Tri Locality Care (TLC)
Abbeywell Surgery belongs to a local federation of GP surgeries called Tri Locality Care (TLC) Ltd, formed in 2013 to provide quality medical services to the patient populations within Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh North, North Baddesley and Romsey.
The TLC Appointments+ service offers extended access to primary care appointments on weekday evenings (from 6.30pm), weekends and bank holidays, whilst the TLC Transformation Team provides care to the more frail and vulnerable patients in our communities.
Primary Care Network (PCN)
Abbeywell Surgery works with Alma Road Surgery and North Baddesley Surgery as part of the Romsey & North Baddesley Primary Care Network (PCN).
Working together as a PCN, we successfully delivered the local COVID Vaccination Programme, and in the future we hope to work together to continue improving care in our local community.
