Use of Heidi

Some of our clinicians are using Heidi – an advanced, NHS-approved AI-powered medical scribe and digital assistant designed to assist clinicians in primary care by transcribing patient consultations in real-time and generating clinical documentation. It helps clinicians reduce administrative burdens by summarising discussions and filling out paperwork, allowing them to focus more on you.

The use of this tool is optional and only used with your permission. Our clinicians will check all AI-generated notes for accuracy before they are added to the your medical record. For more information, click here
