Dr Mooney is Mum to three grown up daughters. She has enjoyed a “grand designs” style, years long project at home so is full of ideas!
Also trained here over 25 years ago, loved it and stayed, she also worked in Paediatric Audiology which remains an interest. Her clinical interests include childrens and women’s health. She is also Lead GP for our Nurse Team and all aspects of treatment room medicine.
As a longstanding, full time GP she has a wide range of general practice experience.
Dr Camilla Heyes (female)
Dr Heyes is a long serving GP Partner of over 25 years, having been with us since 2015. She has 2 “almost grown up” children and a keen interest in her gun dogs that she has bred and trained.
She is Lead for respiratory conditions, working closely with our Lead Nurses in the Practice and linking with services locally for the benefit of this group of Patients.
She works ¾ time and has many years of experience in general practice.
She is now a Retained GP
Dr Tracey Ryan (female)
Dr Ryan has 2 young daughters with active hobbies that she supports! She is a keen seamstress and enjoys family activities such as cycling.
Her first career was as a Radiographer before moving to medicine. She has been a GP Partner here since 2014, but had several years in a Practice elsewhere. She is a Trainer of medical students, is Lead for Research and our CCG representative. She also runs regular coil and Implanon clinics, so has an interest in contraception, menopause and women’s health in general.
She works full time and has many years of experience as a general practitioner.
Dr Simon Lippiett (male)
Dr Lippiett has 2 young, lively sons who match his active lifestyle. A keen cricketer, runner but retired rugby player, he enjoys most sporting activities.
He has been here for over 10 years. He runs our minor operations and injections clinics and has a particular interest in skin conditions. He is our medicines management and Dispensary Lead GP.
Dr Daniel Boaden (male)
Dr Boaden hails from the West Country but studied medicine in Southampton. A keen rugby fan, he worked as a Salaried GP at his training Practice for 2 years after qualifying as a GP, before joining the Abbeywell Team in 2017. He is very keen to build on his training as a GP and is also our Research Fellow.

Dr Liz Price-Thomas
Dr Price-Thomas is our Salaried GP who lives with her husband in the New Forest. She studied medicine in Aberdeen and then completed her training in the Salisbury area. She worked in the New Forest area until joining us in 2019. Dr Price-Thomas has a diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and enjoys the varied life of General Practice. Outside of work Dr Price-Thomas enjoys walking, cycling and outdoor fitness classes.
