We are accepting online requests for non-urgent clinical queries, and admin queries (such as fit notes).
If you have any urgent clinical queries, please telephone the surgery before 11am to be added to the triage list.

Urgent medical requests
These are unsafe to be submitted as online requests. Please ring the surgery on 01794 512218 before 11am. For medical emergencies, call 999
Routine medical requests
Please the use link below to tell us about your non-urgent health problem. You will be directed to the most appropriate help, which may result in a routine GP appointment (normally two weeks away)
Routine admin requests
Please use the links below if you have an administrative request. Please note that you cannot request a GP appointment this way, and any clinical requests will be returned to you
